As the sun began to set, our sweet protagonist strolled through the lush forest, accompanied by her beloved feline companion, Lassie. The gentle rustling of leaves and the melodious chirping of birds filled the air, creating a serene atmosphere. Everything seemed perfect, until suddenly, Lassie let out a loud meow and darted off into the depths of the forest.

Panicked and worried, our girl frantically searched for her cat, calling out her name in vain. As she wandered deeper into the forest, she failed to notice the gradual change in lighting, until the once bright and vibrant forest was now shrouded in darkness. The girl's heart raced with fear and she began to feel lost and helpless.

Just when she thought all hope was lost, she stumbled upon an old, rundown house. Despite her hesitation, she couldn't shake off the thought that perhaps Lassie had sought refuge inside. With trembling hands, she pushed open the creaky door and stepped inside.

The interior of the house was just as dilapidated as the exterior, with cobwebs and dust covering every surface. As she cautiously made her way through the eerie rooms, she couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. Yet, her determination to find her beloved cat kept her going.

As she reached the end of the hallway, she heard a faint meowing coming from behind a closed door. With a glimmer of hope, she pushed open the door and there, sitting comfortably on an old armchair, was Lassie. The girl let out a sigh of relief and scooped up her furry friend in her arms.

She couldn't help but wonder about the significance of this mysterious brand in the middle of the forest. Was it just a coincidence or was there something more to this abandoned house?
